Christmas in July Day 5

IMG_5419

Today I have created a bag.  I stepped outside the norm and used materials I had left over from my Paper Pumpkin Kit.  I stamped on the outside of the bag with Flurry of Wishes Photopolymer Stamp Set using Pool Party Ink Pad.  I would ink up my stamps then stamp twice randomly so the ink would be darker in some areas to give it dimension.  I then used my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to add sparkle to the flakes.  It is hard to see in the picture.  I will post a close up.

After I finished with the bag background, I put sequins in  the plastic banner pouch, all from the June Paper Pumpkin.  I then stamped the same snowflakes and punched them out using Snow Flurry Punch.I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels to each snowflake and a little Snail Adhesive on the back of the larger snowflake and adhered to inside of banner pouch.  I then used Stampin Dimensionals to adhere the small flake in giving it a bit of a boost! I sealed the pouch using the washi tape in the kit and then tied it onto the front of the bag.  Cute isn’t it!  Day 6 will show what goes into the bag!  See you tomorrow!
